For every project we have a dedicated project manager that will work with you from start to finish.

Initial Consultation

In this phase we schedule an in person meeting to be able to learn more about you as an individual and your vision/goals for the project. We discuss your budget and perform a feasibility study to determine an initial overall cost for your project to ensure that we can deliver the results you aim for within the allocated budget.

Preconstruction Planning

Our team comprises highly experienced industry professionals and experts in Toronto and the GTA, including award winning architects, interior designers, 3D designers, structural and mechanical engineers.

Execution

Through dedicated project management and maintaining an open format communication with both our crews and the property owner(s), we ensure that each phase of the project is completed seamlessly within the allocated time frame and budget while adhering to top tier quality standards.
